A job should not be a means to an end, but a means to a beginning.
Glen A. McQuirk
We should work to learn not work to earn. We should seek to follow a career that is our dream or has the potential to contribute significant knowledge and skill for the effective implementation and fulfillment of our dream. If we choose to start a business, it should be our dream, not a means to an end. When we do things as a means to an end, we are often disappointed; they do come to an end, usually not a pleasant one. If our approach to work or business is contrary to the way the majority approach it, we will be energized, enthusiastic, great to be around and easily promoted. We will be an asset to any organization, group or team we are part of. When we begin to say yes to things in line with our dream, we will be more devoted and committed to what we do. A great dream has an end that is beyond your end.
